As Director of People and Operations at Eradigm Consulting, Diala believes that every organisation is different, every individual is unique, and that by engaging, supporting and developing its talent, Eradigm can ensure sustainable growth and a strong and balanced culture.
With over 17 years’ experience as a strategic HR Practitioner, Diala has worked closely with Executive Management in large Charitable, Financial and Pharmaceutical organisations, and has won a reputation as a resilient and strategic thinker, who can lead from the front and deliver success.
Diala specialises in empowering and supporting Managers and employees to create fruitful and efficient working relationships, and manages the business operations to generate and maintain the desired results and culture. This creates the opportunity for people to do their best work, and she truly believes that everyone can make a difference.
Diala holds a Bachelor Degree in Media from Damascus University, a Masters’ Degree in Human Resource Management from Westminster University, and an Advanced Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership. In addition, she is a CIPD & CMI Associate Member.
In her spare time Diala loves to experience new things, whether it be jumping out of a plane at 10,000 feet, horse riding or exploring new and exciting destinations both at home and abroad, she very rarely sits still.
She is passionate about where she comes from, and loves to cook classic home Syrian delights for family and friends to share, as well as teaching Arabic to the eager young minds of tomorrow.
