Neil Kairen, MBA
Executive Vice President, Eradigm US
Over Neil’s 16+ year career, he has developed a strength for being both analytical and creative to a meaningful end. Neil can take an idea and transform it into something with potential, quickly — and he’s passionate about doing it. With a career that spans a broad number of senior roles in consulting, agency and industry, he has had many opportunities to do just that. Neil has worked across several business functions including marketing, strategy, R&D, finance, and operations — collectively supporting his insight on what matters.
For years, Neil has been helping clients and brands grow in value. He has worked with all-sized biopharma companies, health systems, technology/device companies, and insurers — giving him rare business exposure to most areas of healthcare.
As an experienced investor and advisor, Neil was most recently focused on both while evaluating entrepreneurial opportunities and residing in Barcelona, Spain. Before this, Neil lived in New York and worked as a Principal at Deallus, a Senior Vice President of Strategic Planning at Omnicom’s Harrison and Star, and a Vice President at the strategic consultancy arm of CDM. In these roles, he worked closely with clients across brands/TAs on a variety of projects to improve value, including positioning, analogue analysis, wargaming, customer dashboards, brand planning, and launch roadmaps.
Before entering the agency world, Neil was a Director at McKinsey & Company’s digitally-focused JV with Nielsen, where he developed new analytic offerings in the social/digital arena while leading several accounts and strategic projects. Prior to McKinsey, Neil was an Associate at Oliver Wyman where he led projects across the payer, provider, and pharma space. He worked in Portfolio and Asset Strategy at Bristol-Myers Squibb immediately post-MBA, where he received a Galaxy Award for his advisory efforts with their largest pipeline asset. Neil additionally has held roles at A.T. Kearney, Jonova (Booz & Co spin-off), IBM Global Services, Hewlett-Packard, and Johnson & Johnson. He holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, and a BS from Rutgers University, both with honors.
Neil is excited to lead the US expansion at Eradigm, particularly because he feels strongly about the leadership, team, and aspirational mentality of the business. As a “grower” at heart, he’s excited to keep growing personally, and with our team and clients at Eradigm.
Outside of work, Neil’s interests lie in community service, entrepreneurship, the outdoors, and global travel. He recently moved to Boston, MA, and can often be found at the gym or on a yoga mat after a busy day.
