Robert Hollamby MB ChB FRCS

Board Adviser

Robert advises the Eradigm Board on strategic and tactical planning, along with optimisation of internal processes. He draws on his experience as founder and CEO of Total Healthcare Group (THG) which was a pioneer and a global market leader in the areas of Market Access and development of Value Dossiers. The company advised large and small biopharma, devices, and diagnostics companies on over 1200 major international assignments and had expertise in 40 markets worldwide. It had an internationally sourced team representing 25 different nationalities, was awarded the Queens Award for International Trade, and was eventually acquired by one of the largest healthcare companies in USA.

Alongside advising the Board, Robert maintains a broad portfolio of interests including Directorships of property construction and funding companies, advising and investing in early stage companies including taking on NED roles, and managing a diverse property portfolio including residential, industrial, and agricultural. He is also a Visiting Professor at Leeds Medical School involved in an innovative MSc course in Enterprise for the undergraduate medical students, in addition he lectures widely to schools and undergraduates on areas relating to entrepreneurship. Robert is on the External Advisory Board of Nexus Leeds University’s innovation hub building bridges between the University and commercial and social enterprise. Until recently Robert was a Senior Consultant to the Commercial Directorate of Guys and St Thomas’s hospitals.

Prior to setting up THG, Robert spent 7 years as a surgeon in the NHS followed by experience as General Manager in a medical equipment company, and consultancy roles in both strategic management and marketing consultancies. He has also held position as Entrepreneur in Residence for a West Coast Private Equity firm.

Outside of work Robert shares his time between London, the farm in Sussex, and Southern France. He is married to gynaecologist and has two children at University. His interests include boating, country pursuits, cycling, skiing and wine.
